We give away free wood chips

After we take down and chip and grind trees, we save the wood chips for our customers. . Some people like to use these chips as organic mulch, which is widely used in playgrounds and also for landscaping.  Mulch insulates soil and retains moisture, keeping out weeds, prevents soil compaction, reduces lawnmower damage and adds an aesthetic look to your yard or playground. 

We suggest you remove all weeds and other vegetation prior to pouring mulch to an area. Usually covering 4 inches deep is recommended. It is wise to keep the mulch about 2 inches or more away from a tree’s trunk.
